All PCHS staff members recently received training from Susie Bishop on how to resolve bullying. Susie developed a program called Classroom Harmony Achieved Today (CHAT) that promotes peace by holding round table discussions with the students. She stresses that students want to be heard and listened to, which the CHAT provides. Several of the teachers have tried this and report great success.
